Ok, I'll be the insensitive jerk and ask the question... Wasn't Agnes Sayeh from Roosevelt ineligible due to non-school related violations?

She was charged with shop lifting (Scheels maybe) on April 16 last year which caused her ineligibility for the state meet. Probably should not have been allowed to run Drake Relays and been back in time for state 2012. I'm not sure why this is coming up 11 months later. The Iowa courts online search shows that her theft charges were dismissed in September.

Thanks B-K, didn't know the details nor the timing. Someone brought it up at Drake this year and I'd thought I'd ask the question.
