Regina strength coach accepted the University of Iowa wrestling strength coach job. Kanellis has been one of the driving forces in the Regina run. Iowa is getting a great one and will be missed at Regina.

Not that I've heard, but maybe.
Or, it could also partly be that Regina just opened up a brand new strength and conditioning facility last weekend which is amazing. And, that the Regina community loves him.

It's a big advantage. And, plenty of public and private schools of all sizes have them.

If that makes you upset, you're really not going to like seeing the pictures of the new strength and conditioning/baseball/wrestling/film room facility...

Id be interested in the list of 1A public schools who hire an actual S&C coach. I can see someone doubling as one with little to no remuneration. Given the current state of rural school funding, I highly doubt there are many.

Maybe a 1A private school that is hurting for money (declining enrollment) that just built a state of the art strength facility found a few extra dollars lying around

Look, can’t blame em. AK is probably the biggest reason for their recent success in multiple boys and girls sports. I’d like to secure him any way possible too...

I believe his degree is in education. I've always assumed he teaches at Regina.
