If I'm seeing everything correctly, and I don't cover 4A like I used to, five of the seven districts are clinched.

D1: West Des Moines Dowling
D2: Ankeny Centennial
D4: Linn-Mar
D5: Cedar Rapids Kennedy
D7: West Des Moines Valley

D3 will go to the winner of Cedar Rapids Prairie at Cedar Falls.
D6 will go to Waukee if they win at Johnston. If Johnston wins and Indianola loses, Johnston would win the district. If Johnston wins and Indianola also wins, a three-way tie occurs for first place, which would give the highest RPI the automatic bid, which would likely be Waukee.

Of the other games this week, the winners of the following games should be safely in the field.
Sioux City East at Ankeny
Southeast Polk at Des Moines Roosevelt
Marshalltown at Fort Dodge

On top of that, the loser of Cedar Rapids Prairie at Cedar Falls will get an at-large.
Bettendorf would also clinch an at-large by beating Davenport Central at home.

This accounts for twelve of the sixteen spots. The last four spots will be a crazy mess.

SE Polk/Roosevelt loser will be in as well.

Looking roughly, I wasn't sure if Des Moines Roosevelt would be in danger, losing again. But that district was so good out of district, it makes sense they'd be safe. That kind of networking is really going to benefit District 2. Not only do you get the good SoS, but you compound it by getting a really good Opponent's SoS.

Looking a little closer this morning, I think ten teams are either automatic qualifiers or locked in by virtue of RPI right now...
Cedar Falls, playing for D3 automatic(otherwise RPI)
West Des Moines Valley, clinched D7
Ankeny Centennial, clinched D2
West Des Moines Dowling, clinched D1
Cedar Rapids Kennedy, clinched D5
Southeast Polk, RPI
Cedar Rapids Prairie, playing for D3 automatic(otherwise RPI)
Des Moines Roosevelt, RPI
Linn-Mar, clinched D4
Bettendorf, RPI

Three games this week are virtual play-in games, where the winner is locked in...
Waukee @ Johnston, winner gets D6 automatic
Sioux City East @ Ankeny, Ankeny will be close to cut line with a loss, but may still qualify
Marshaltown @ Fort Dodge, winner in, loser out

Two other teams are likely in by beating non-playoff contenders, otherwise are eliminated...
Dubuque Senior
Urbandale

That leaves one spot up for grabs, which may already belong to Ankeny, if they lose. It doesn't look like Indianola or Davenport North have good chances at snagging the last bid, even finishing 6-3.
