North Tama took it hard from the refs. Not saying they would came back and won but was 27-23 with 3 mins left and refs call a fumble On a dropped pass and Woodbury scooped and scored to put game out of reach. This a Tough pill to swallow if your North Tama
Hate to break it, but clearly two team race. Saint Ansgar and West Hancock are very evenly matched
The North Tama receiver appeared to take at least 3 steps before fumbling the ball. There were missed calls each way, but a fairly well officiated game.
I will give credit to North Tama's Staker. He showed a great amount of class and sportsmanship, coming over to congratulate and talk to the Wildcat players. He played hard.
Feel free to go back and watch the play again the video is on YouTube and the play is at around 2:54. The only person that will think that is a catch and fumble is a Woodbury homer. Of course missed calls through out the game like any game but this call can not be made in this situation. Was a terrible call flat out and possibly cost North Tama a trip to the dome
My angle at the game was the opposite side. Seeing the video, it's tough to see if he ever has control.
Oh yeah if you was at the game live n was on opposite side that been really tough to see I’m sure and he definitely didn’t catch that ball. They even discussed it. I think they panicked and since they let it play out they just went with that. I don’t see a catch at all. Either way don’t mean North Tama goes down and scores. Just terrible call in to tight of spot.
First time all year West Hancock isn’t ranked 1 on BCMoore... to me, BCMoore is one of the most, if not the most accurate score prediction method out there
Anybody have any word on the MFL vs Grundy Center game? Haven’t heard anything from that. Does Grundy Center have any chance of competing?
