“This season is going good, considering the adversity we have gone through.”

“We can improve on taking care of the ball, staying focused throughout the game, and playing defense consistently.”
Based on results so far, who appears to be the best team in your conference?
“The best team in our conference is Van Meter.”
Do you want to play basketball in college?
“That is the path I want to go down, but I just have to control what I can and let the rest happen.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven’t been noticed by any colleges athletically yet, but I just have to keep working hard and continue to get better.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have gone to Simpson College for a basketball camp over the summer. We got a tour of the training facilities and workout rooms.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“As many as possible. There is always room for improvement and I am just waiting for my opportunity.”

“My favorite college growing up and to this day is the University of Iowa.”
