How did the high school football season go overall?
“Overall, our football season did not go as planned for us. We had to deal with a lot of injuries and late in the season we ended up losing some games that we thought we never should have with a healthy team.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Right now, I am just finishing up recovering from a shoulder surgery and I am really happy with the results from that. My shoulder is way stronger now and I’m lifting and working out harder than ever right now. I will be running track this spring and hope to take a shot at the state team title this year.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“For this upcoming football season, I want to improve the most on my foot speed and getting downhill to meet running backs in the hole quicker.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This upcoming season, I feel that we have a really good shot to do something special. I think we have a group of selfless guys that will do whatever it takes to win and that is what we plan to do this year.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“I think that Audubon will be tough for us because they always seem to put together a really good group of kids.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I plan on playing football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“So far, I have been in contact with coaches from ISU, UNI, NDSU, and SDSU.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have recently taken a trip to Brookings to look at SDSU, and I have trips planned to go to all of the other schools as well.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I have always been a fan of Iowa and ISU.”
