How did the football season go for your team?
“I thought the season went pretty good. A playoff win and a potential Dome appearance would’ve been really nice, but from our previous seasons, this was a really good one.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I lift every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. I will continue until this summer, then we lift four times a week. I’m also in basketball, which is keeping me in pretty good shape.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“I would like to get quicker and more explosive.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think our team will be good next year. We lose lots of leadership and six or seven starters, but I’m confident in the guys coming up that we can have the same or a better outcome than last year.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“I honestly don’t know what our schedule is, but if it’s the same as last year, it definitely Williamsburg and Mount Vernon. Williamsburg will want to beat us bad, so we’ll definitely have to be prepared for that. I know for a fact my teammates and I want another shot at beating Mount Vernon.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would for sure want to play football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No colleges have been recruiting me.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t made any college trips.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I’m going to go to Iowa and Iowa State for sure. There may be a couple others.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa has been my favorite college and team. I’ve been going to Iowa games ever since I can remember and I’m a big Hawkeye fan.”
