How did the football season go for your team?
"Our season wasn’t bad, but I know none of us wanted to lose in the first round of the playoffs. We all had hopes to go further and win a state championship."

What are your workout plans now going forward?
"We want to build stronger team chemistry and become more mentally tough."

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
"This off-season, I’m working on getting bigger and stronger so I’m able to help my team even more next season."

How do you believe your team will be next season?
"With all the skill players we have, I think we have a really good chance at winning a state championship."

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
"Every year, our toughest game is against Dowling. I don’t think that will change on this upcoming season, but we like the challenge."

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
"I’d love to play football in college. It’s one of my dreams. I know it’s going to take a lot of hard work, but I think I can make it."

What colleges have been recruiting you?
"No colleges have reached out to me yet, but I’m trying my best to change that within the next 2 years."

Have you made any college trips yet?
"No, I haven’t gone on any college trips yet."

What camps are you going to this summer?
"I’ll be going to a Lake Forrest camp in Chicago and also a couple Iowa State camps."

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
"I’ve always had interest in Iowa State, but my family is big Nebraska fans. Iowa State is unpredictable and they’re a team I’d like to play on."
