How has everything with the football season been going so far?
“We started off a little rough with losing our first game, but then we really picked it up in practice and have improved better and better each week.”
Who is your next opponent? What are your thoughts on them overall?
“Independence is our game and I think they are going to be a good match, but we can’t go into that game with a big head. Also, it is out homecoming week game.”
What do you feel your team can improve on?
“Communication is a big thing we all think that we need to work on. From on the line to on defense with the linebackers, we have been improving on it but not dramatically.”
What are the keys for your team being successful going forward?
“The keys for us being successful is to keep working harder and harder in practice along with going in with an I don’t care who mentality.”
What are your goals for the rest of the season?
“Personally, my goals are to get quicker feet and hard hands.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I recently have gone to Indiana and Nebraska and am planning one with Iowa, SDSU and Iowa State. Also, I am trying to get in reach with Northwestern again.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I think that Nebraska has the most interest right now because of the relationship Coach Dillion is building. Coach Austin said he wants to start building a relationship over the phone each week.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“So far, I have gone to Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska, SDSU and Illinois State.”
Do you have plans for game day trips this fall?
“I’m trying to schedule with Iowa, Iowa State and SDSU.”

“Iowa was always a favorite.”
