How did the high school football season go overall?
“I thought we had a very successful football season. We proved a lot of people wrong but felt we had more left in the tank.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I will for sure be playing basketball and baseball. Lifting will be a big priority this off-season and making sure I keep my speed up while also putting weight on.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“My biggest goal on improving as a player is just getting bigger and stronger in the off-season. I think that will help a lot next season in making more plays.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I am very confident in our squad for next season. I think we will have our doubters around us as usual, but I think we will surprise some people again. We have some young exciting guys that have a chance to show what they got on the field.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“One of our toughest opponents next season will be Williamsburg. I think we surprised them this season at home, and they will be gunning for us at their place next year. A few others I think will be Bellevue. That game always produces a thriller and we are looking to get back at them for this season. Then Cascade and Beckman will also make for tough district games as well. I don’t see any easy games at all next year. We will for sure have to earn every win.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play baseball in college. It’s been my favorite sport growing up.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No colleges have been officially recruiting me, but I have been invited to camps at South Dakota State and some other colleges out west.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college visits yet.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I do plan on visiting some colleges in Arizona over spring break like Grand Canyon University, the University of Arizona, and Arizona State University.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I have obviously been a fan of the Hawkeyes, but I have also been a big fan of Texas A&M growing up as a kid.”
