What have you improved on the most since football wrapped up?
“I’d say route running. I did a lot of work with the coaches and some of my teammates.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Urbandale?
“I am pretty confident in that. We handled them pretty well last year. I am confident in our defense. We did really well against them last year. I am pretty confident we will win that one.”
Did you do any college camps this summer?
“I didn’t get a chance to go to any camps but I went to a team camp at South Dakota University.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve gotten one offer from an NAIA school, Culver Stockton. I’ve also gotten some letters from Division II schools but only have the one offer.”
What are some of the other colleges?
“There are a couple of colleges like Coe and I honestly can’t remember. Upper Iowa is showing quite a bit of interest. Minnesota State has sent me some stuff.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“It is just the school that has offered me, Culver Stockton. They are recruiting me quite a bit.”
What are your plans for visits this fall?
“I’m going to take some visits. I’m going to go to an Upper Iowa game hopefully.”
