What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Mostly working on speed and footwork to help better my technique and have a fundamentally strong game.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“Mainly just knowing the game and being able to read situations. Since last year was my first varsity season, and now having that under my belt, I am able to understand the game a lot better.”

Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Our season is opener is Dowling, and to sum up how I feel is that it’s Dowling. They’re coming off of a 6-peat for state championships and they are a power-house team, but do I feel our team can come in prepared and take over the game and get a win. We will practice and try to execute and get the job done.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I do want to play sports and college, and I personally would want to run track and play football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have started to get recruited by the Iowa Hawkeyes, and I got a couple of invites to their camps, along with others from Yale, Simpson, Central Missouri, and Duke.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Schools that have been recruiting me the hardest at the moment would be Iowa. They have sending information on the school and other stuff about Iowa football.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, I have not made any college trips yet.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I am possibly making trips to colleges before the summer ends.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I have decided not to go to any camps this summer. I am mainly focused on my team and the upcoming season, and also with me running summer track and New Balance Nationals, I had not time for camps.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Last interview, I said Iowa was one of my favorites, which they still are, but for college there is so many teams, and so many players that I just love to watch them all.”
