How did the football season go for your team?
“It went pretty good. We were a young team basically but we were ready for it. We came up short for the goal of getting to the Dome but had a good season.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I just got done with basketball and I’ve been working out. I am trying to get better this off-season and have track.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Definitely my speed. I also want to get stronger and need to get stronger. I’ll work on my vision as well.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I am feeling pretty good as well as everyone else. We need to fill in a couple of people on the line but we have a really good team.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Right off the bat, we have South Winn and Denver. Denver is always tough and our biggest rival. IN districts, it will be Lisbon for sure.”

Do you want to play football in college?
“I have thought about it but I am not 100% sure if I want to or not. I want to go to the right college for me I guess.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve been getting interest from Division III schools around.”

What schools have been interested?
“Grand View, Canyon, and other schools like that.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, I haven’t had any visits.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I really have followed Iowa. I’ve been following Wartburg, Coe, and those guys.”
