How did the spring and summer go for you with basketball?
“It went great. I was in the gym everyday getting shots up. I attended some camps such as Snow Valley and William Penn.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“My workout plans are to keep getting shots up and work on changing speeds with the ball.”

What have you improved on the most since last season?
“I would say the way I control the pace of the game and my shooting are definitely my most improved from last season.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I believe we can be a .500 team, but that’s with other people getting in the gym and building the chemistry.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“Definitely Montezuma. They have a great team and their guard combo will be the hardest we go against. They as a team are a great shooting team and a very sound defensive team.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this season?
“The hardest player I will have to go against will be Trey Shearer. He is very skilled offensively, but he is very quick on the defensive side of the ball and has really good hands.”

What are the keys for your team having success?
“The keys for our team will be buying into the system and having more than one threat on the floor so that the defense has to guard all five guys.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“I would like to play basketball in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“William Penn invited me for a visit for football and two other D2 schools in Texas and Arkansas have reached out to me for football. I have eyes on me for football, but none for basketball yet.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yes, my favorite college for football was Oregon but for basketball it was Iowa State or Duke.”
