What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I weight lift every day and I follow that up with some speed work to get better.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I really feel that this year, I will be in the right mindset and have discipline. I have really worked on the mental aspects of the game.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I really want to improve my speed and my conditioning for this year.”

How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“Before Corona, I was working out with my team which is 50 plus people, but for the last 3 months, I only worked out with four people. I hope I can see my teammates again sometime soon.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think we will make a playoff run. Everyone on the team wants the first playoff win in our school history.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Underwood. The last two years we had a lot of confidence going into those games, but sadly we didn’t come out victorious. This year, I think we know what it takes to beat them.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“I’m not sure. There are a lots of good players out there that we face.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I would like to play football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Lots of colleges have shown interest in me, but Grand View is my only offer as of now.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I think Grand View is because they have blessed me with an offer.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, but I’m looking forward to it.”

Do you have any plans for college visits this fall? If so, where?
“Hopefully I get some more offers, but as of right now, I really don’t have any plans.”

Do you have any plans for late camps this summer?
“I’m going to Grand View and Wayne State, but I probably sign up for more.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My family is big Iowa fans growing up. I always rooted for them.”
