Why are you making the move to running back?
“It is just because the team is a better opportunity to get the ball on every play.”

How has the transition been going?
“It has been good. Last year, I was running the ball a lot so it’s not that much of a change.”

How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Logan-Magnolia?
“They lost a lot this year but we’ll be ready to play them. They have the Wing T offense down so we have to play solid or we could lose.”

What are the keys to a successful season?
“Up front, we will have to be ready to play. We lost one guy so we are trying to fill that gap.”

Did you do any college camps this summer?
“I went to UNI, Northwest, and North Dakota State. They went well. I went in as a running back because that is what I’ll be playing this year. That was good. I am still getting a little used to it but they went good.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I got invited up to the UNI junior day. That is really about it.”

How was the UNI junior day?
“It was good. I really liked the campus and the coaching staff.”
