How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I think it went really well. A lot of people didn’t expect much at the start of the season because we lost two Division I players. We had good young talent and showed up this year.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“Every Tuesday and Thursday, us players get together and do ball handling then some of get in and do shooting by ourselves. We are making shot and improving our ball skills.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Probably ball skills. That is the best bet to get you looked at more and so that I can score easier.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think we’ll do really well. We have four starters coming back and a kid coming up that will do well. I think we’ll be a team to beat next year.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Western always is a hard team. We are going all over the state to try and beat some of the best teams all over.”

Do you have a favorite sport?
“I’d say basketball is my favorite sport.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“My coach has talked about Upper Iowa to me but that is about it.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I don’t think so.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Probably Iowa State. My grandpa and everyone liked them so I followed in their footsteps.”
