“Our toughest game will probably be Valley.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Iowa City West?
“They are tough but I feel like we are ready.”
Did you do any college camps this summer?
“I went to three camps this summer. I went to Iowa State camp, Iowa camp, and Florida State camp.”
If so, how did those camps go?
“I feel like I did a good job overall throughout the camps. They told me I was advanced with my footwork and ball skills for my age.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Iowa State has shown a lot. They are probably the biggest one.”
Are any others recruiting you?
“That is the only one at this point.”
Has Iowa State offered you?
“Yes.”
When and how did they offer?
“It was spring of my freshman year. They called my coach and he pulled me out of class. I went down and had a conversation with Coach Campbell. Then he offered me.”
What were your first thoughts?
“It was shocking at first. It just gave me another reason to work harder than I ever have before.”
What are you being recruited at?
“As a running back.”
Have you made any college visits?
“I have made a college trip up to Iowa State.”

“It was probably the Florida Gators.”
