What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I'm trying to throw the football three times a week, but it's difficult with summer baseball. I've also been lifting and doing speed work. I'm just trying to get stronger and faster.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“My arm strength and speed. I worked really hard this spring and summer trying to improve my footwork and arm strength.”

What are you trying to improve on before the football season begins?
“I'm trying to improve as a vocal leader and staying positive in tough situations.”

Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“We play Mt. Vernon week 1. We're strictly focused on our team’s improvement and getting better each and every day. We respect this rivalry and are excited to compete.”

Where have you decided to play sports in college?
“I've verbally committed to North Dakota State University to play football.”

What other colleges were looking at you?
“During the spring and June, most of the local FCS schools were recruiting me. UNI, South Dakota State and North Dakota State offered.”

What schools had you visited?
“SDSU, NDSU and UNI.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“No, I'm 100% committed to NDSU.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“The Iowa Hawkeyes. I've always watched them growing up because we live so close to campus.”
