How did the basketball season go for your team?
“It didn’t end the way we wanted but overall it was a really good season. Winning a conference championship was a great feeling.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I’ve had track and I’ve had three AAU tournaments.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Mostly it is getting quicker handles. I worked on my left hand last season and it showed. I want to work on shooting on the move with a hand in my face and get better in AAU.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I have higher expectations for our team and think we can accomplish a lot. Obviously, we want a conference championship again and we want to get much farther in the playoffs.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I’d have to say Sioux Center again. They are returning almost everyone but so are we.”
Do you want to play basketball in college?
“For sure, I love basketball.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Mostly it is NAIA schools and some Division II schools. It has been SMSU, USF, Wayne State, and Buena Vista has been looking at me.”
What are some of the NAIA colleges?
“Northwestern, Briar Cliff, Dordt, and Morningside. I can’t think of any others.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would have to say Wayne State and Northwestern.”

“SMSU sent me a letter inviting me to their camp. I am trying to figure out my schedule now. I want to go to SMSU and I might go to Snow valley. That was a great one.”
