What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“After the season ended, I have been doing morning agilities, lifting, and running routes.”
What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I believe that some of the things that I have improved the most on since football season would have to be my speed/quickness, exploding off of cuts, and exploding of the line to be the first one to make the move.”
What are your areas of focus going forward?
“Some areas that I have been focusing on would have to be finishing in the red zone, getting more yards after the catch, and never letting the first person bring me down. I also would like to focus on getting chemistry with not only our QB but also the whole team.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think we’re not only going to have a great team, but also a great year. We did lose a couple of outstanding players and great leaders last year, but our upcoming team is definitely ready to make the most of every opportunity that we get.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“I think that our toughest games this season will be our first two games of the year at Lewis Central and Harlan.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I most certainly want to play college sports, but I have not decided which sport I would like to play between football or baseball.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have yet to hear from any colleges.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college visits yet, but I’m excited to start soon.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I will not be attending any camps this summer except our school camp because of our baseball season.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college team growing up was and is the Florida Gators. When I was young, I lived in Florida but moved to Iowa to be closer to family. Every summer, my family and I used to take a trip back to Florida.”
