How did the spring and summer go for you with basketball?
“The spring and summer went well I feel like. Coach Bergren is always taking us to spring, summer, and fall tournaments on the weekend, which is great for the team and myself.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“My workout plans as of right now are shooting when I can in the gym. Sometimes it’s hard to find time to shoot when you are a four-sport athlete. I am also planning on attending a few camps I have been invited to such as Coe College.”
What have you improved on the most since last season?
“I feel as though my defense has improved along with my mid-range jumper. I want to improve more on finishing at the rim with contact.”
How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I believe we will be a better team than last year. Our team chemistry is there, and we have been playing with each other since third grade. We have all put in the work throughout the summer with weights, agility, and shooting.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018-2019?
“I believe South Hamilton will be a big game for us. They have always been a good team, and it would just be a good accomplishment for us to come out on top.”
What are the keys for your team having success?
“Our keys to success would have to be really working as a team and taking care of the ball.”
What sport do you want to play in college?
“I am not entirely sure if I want to compete at the next level yet, but I have gotten letters from colleges for both basketball and track. That is very humbling.”

“Mainly Wartburg and Coe College have been recruiting me as of right now. I have gotten other letters, but they seem to be the most interested in me, which is great and very exciting.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would have to say Coe College has been recruiting me the hardest for both track and basketball.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have visited Wartburg and UNI as of right now. I plan to attend Coe College soon.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always loved Iowa State growing up. Living near Ames is pretty much a given that I would grow up to be an Iowa State fan.”
