What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been lifting 6 times a week and doing speed and mobility 2 times a week and have been working on my footwork and DB skills with Marvin McNutt. I also do level up 7v7 and travel a lot of places which helps recruiting a lot.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I have been getting a lot better on being physical and my footwork being a lot quicker with the work I’ve been doing so far in the off-season.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel our team will do very well next season we all get along very well and have a great bond together plus with the grade below us never losing a game and my grade who’s lost only a couple games I feel like we will do really well and go far in the playoffs knowing we have the talent to do so.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I think it will be SE Polk but with that no hate on them or anything they are a great football team I feel like that’s a game we can go out and shock the state by beating them and prove that the east side of the state has the same skill as any other school in Iowa.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I think the best player we will play against is Xavier from SE Polk.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, I want to play football in college.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Some of the colleges that are recruiting me are Brown University, Drake, Minnesota State, Wayne State and Bemidji State with a couple more colleges.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I think the college that is recruiting me the most is either Brown University or Wayne State.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not this year so far, but I am planning to take a decent number of junior day visits this summer.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Yes, this summer with a couple colleges so far.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“Drake, Minnesota State, Wayne State, and Bemidji State with a couple more and a couple prospect camps.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I was an Iowa fan until about three years ago. Now I’m an Iowa State fan ever since I went to their football camp.”
