How did the football season go for your team?
"I think it went really well for us. We jumped up a class and competed with some pretty good teams. It was really good."

What are your workout plans now going forward?
"I took the year off of wrestling to hit the weights and I've been lifting two times a day during the week days. We also have team lifts and stuff."

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
"One of the big things I want to do is get stronger. I also want to keep my speed up and mostly work on my leadership as a teammate."

How do you believe your team will be next season?
"I think we'll do pretty well. We have a lot of guys stepping up and I think we are ready to go."

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
"I think more than likely it is Pella Christian."

Do you want to play football in college?
"Yes I do."

What colleges have been recruiting you?
"I've been working to try and get some exposure out there from some colleges."

What have been some of the schools?
"I have a school schools that have emailed me. I know I talked to the Grand View coach and he asked me to come to a camp. I think Wayne State in Nebraska is another one. Those are just invites to camps."

What camps are you going to this summer?
"Probably Iowa State, Iowa, and UNI maybe."

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
"I have liked Iowa and Iowa State I guess."
