How did the football season go for your team?
“Overall I think it was an amazing season. We had a lot of great guys on the team and a lot of great leaders. I was proud of the way we fought through everything but the outcome was what it was. I was very happy with the season and am excited for the next one.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“After football, I went straight into basketball but I’ve been in the weight room. I have been working out and preparing for next season. I want to be a leader this year for the underclassmen.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“As an athlete, I want to focus on my speed and strength ultimately. I want to become more disciplined in my cardio and dedicated in what I eat. I want to be better with my speed and strength.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“If we keep our heads on, we have another to get it done. We got a lot of great guys and a lot of juniors going to be seniors working their butts off.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“There won’t be one more game we are more worried about than the other ones.”

Do you want to play football in college?
“Yes sir, it is.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Not that I am aware of.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I’m hoping so. I am looking into the Iowa camp but a lot of coaches haven’t opened up registration yet. I’ll be looking into Iowa, Dordt, and talk to my parents about Northwest Missouri State.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college team is Alabama because I was born and raised in Alabama. Playing at the college level, I’d dream to play at Iowa.”
