How did the basketball season go for your team?
“We went 13-11. It should have been a lot better, but we lost a bunch of close games we should’ve won. We lost in the district finals to DMC.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I’m trying to get into the weight room a few times a week and get up a lot of shots every day.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“This off-season, I want to improve on my mid-range jump shots, my floaters in the lane, and improve my quickness.”
What AAU team are you playing for this off-season? How do you feel your team will be?
“I’m playing for the Central Iowa Young Guns for AAU this year. I feel our team will be really good this year. We have been playing with each other since 4th grade and we’re getting a lot better each year.”
What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goals for this AAU season is to help my team win as many games and tournaments as we can. Also, I want to be a leader. My team is the oldest in the program this year and we want to be a good example for the younger age groups in our program.”
How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I believe our high school basketball team will better than last year. We are only losing two seniors, which is going to hurt us, but I believe we have enough players that can take their spots and play the role our seniors did.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“Our toughest game will be DMC next year.”
What sport do you want to play in college?
“In college, I want to play basketball or golf.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No colleges have shown interest.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t made any college visits yet, but I am planning to soon.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I might go to a PGC camp again this summer. I went to one last year and a Snow Valley camp a few years ago.”

“I was an Iowa fan growing up.”
