“I have been focusing on my kicking technique a lot lately. I have also been working hard on punting.
What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I feel that I have improved the most in my punting. I have also gotten a lot stronger since last season.
What are your areas of focus going forward?
“Right now, I am focused on refining my skill and getting ready for the upcoming camp season. I am preparing for the football season.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I believe that we have the capability of being a very good team. How good will depend on how the new faces on both sides of the ball develop and pick up on techniques.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“There are numerous tough games that we will have next season. I am looking forward to the Pella game. I don’t know if it will be our toughest game of the year, but it will be very fun game and draw a big crowd. They are also our biggest rivals.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have received things from Iowa, Iowa State, Wisconsin, USC, and UAB.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college trips yet.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am planning on attending the Iowa State, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camps.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My family has always cheered for Iowa State, so I have always leaned that way. I do cheer for both in-state schools. This will not play much of a factor in recruiting.”
