How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I thought it was pretty good. Our record wasn’t where we wanted it to be but it was still an incredible experience for me as a freshman. That was one of the coolest things I’ve done.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I play with the Iowa Barnstormers so we’ve had practices and tournaments so far. I am also running track so that is my little break. I run long distances but other than that shooting workouts and open gyms.”

How do you feel your Barnstormers team will do
“I think we definitely have a lot of talent. We have a lot of guys and a few of the best players in the state. I think we’ll do well.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think we’ll be really good next season. Everyone else loses a lot of their scoring and our scoring is coming back. We got Luke Vaske as a senior and a lot of good talent. We can make a push.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I assume Pella will always be a tough game and Grinnell will be good.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Nope.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am planning on it. I’m not exactly sure what ones I’ll try to get into but I am planning on a few of those.”

What camps are you considering?
“I like the John Lucas camp and have been to a few of those before. It is a really good camp in my opinion. Those will be one of the camps we try to go to.”
