How has the preparation been going for this upcoming season?
“Preparing for my senior season has been great. Our team has one goal and that's to win state. We have to have everyone on board for that and if we all prepare like we should, we have a shot.”
What are your goals for the season?
“My only goal I care about for the season is to win state as a team. I couldn't care less about individual accolades.”
What areas do you feel your team needs to improve on?
“Our team probably needs to improve on always bringing energy. No team can control the energy you have, and I feel that is one important thing that is ignored with a lot of teams.”
Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“We open up with Iowa City West. They’re a tough respected opponent that handed us our only loss of the regular season last year. The seniors on the team are eager for redemption. We just need to battle and give it our all from week 1.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“The colleges that have been recruiting me this off-season are Bemidji State and Grand View.”
Have any colleges offered you?
“Grand View has offered me.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have gone to Bemidji and Grand View.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I would love to get an invite to visit UNI. It is a great school and I'm really interested in it.”
What camps did you do this summer and how did they go?
“I have been to a Grand View camp where I got offered and then I went to a Bemidji one. The Grand View one went great.”

“Favorite colleges growing up were Iowa and UNI. Both were really cool, different schools.”
