How did the basketball season go for your team?
“The season went really well. We knew all year that we were capable of winning a state title. We just had to play our best in the big games and that’s what we did.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“Going forward, I will work out with my team in the spring and summer and just get ready for next season.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“I think I’m going to focus on my shot off the dribble this off-season. This year, I was more of a catch and shoot guy but next year I’m going to have the ball in my hands more so shooting off the dribble will be something I’ll have to improve on.”

What AAU team are you playing for this off-season? How do you feel your team will be?
“This AAU season, I will be playing with the Iowa Barnstormers. We are starting to practice together, and I think once we get used to playing with each other, we will be pretty good.”

What are your goals for the AAU season?
“My goals for the AAU season are to improve my overall game and hopefully get some recruiting started up.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“Next season there will be a lot of young guys that will have to step up for us, but I think we can still be a really good team who can compete for a conference title.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“The toughest game on our schedule next season will probably be Alburnett. They got a lot of guys back from last year and are going to be a really confident team going into next season.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“Right now, I haven’t decided which sport I’d like to play in college. I love baseball, basketball, and football, and will just decide which sport when I get a little older.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No colleges are recruiting me right now.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any college visits yet.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am going to try and go to Snow Valley this summer if I can find a time that doesn’t effect baseball.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, my favorite college was Iowa.”
