What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been doing 3-5 days a week of lifting along with speed workouts.”

What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I think I’ve improved on my technique a considerable amount from the camps I’ve been to, along with getting out of my stance.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel we are capable of being a .500 team this year, Coach West and Coach Honnold have brought a new vibe to the team and it’s different from years past.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I’m not entirely sure who will be our toughest game this year, South Hamilton will probably be our toughest, they did lose a lot of seniors last year but they are a solid program and will remain tough.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I’m not entirely sure, a few names that pop into my head are Max Duggan and Jackson Ruggles from Mount Ayr.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’m planning on playing football in college, I haven’t made any kind of decision yet.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I received offers from Upper Iowa and Wayne State last week, I’ve been in contact with South Dakota too.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I wouldn’t say anyone has been recruiting me overly hard yet.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t been on any official visits yet, I’ve been on junior day at SDU but that’s it.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I believe I’ll be going to Wayne State later in July.”

Have you done any camps this off-season? How do you feel you performed?
“I’ve been to Lindenwood, K-State, Iowa State, South Dakota, SDSU, and Iowa so far. I’ve done pretty well at all the camps I’ve been to.”

Do you have any plans for camps ahead?
“I will go to UNI on the 14th, I’m sure I’ll add a few more.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa was always my favorite college since I was little.”
