How is the AAU basketball season going for your team?
“Everything is going pretty good. We have all stepped up and I feel I’ve been playing a lot better.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“Being more consistent shooting the ball. I think I have done a lot better with that.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“We lost our big senior and he was a big part of us last year. I think losing him, we will play more up tempo. I think we’ll do pretty well this year.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I know we got a lot of new games. Dubuque Hempstead will be a very tough game. We also added Pella. That is another tough game. Another game is Xavier.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“There have been a few NAIA and Division III schools. Some of the schools have been Coe and the University of Dubuque. There are also some Division II schools and NAIA ones that have initially contacted me.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, I was planning on doing those but baseball started and I’ve been busy with that.”
