What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“Since the football season ended, I have been in the weight room three to four times a week and am trying to gain muscle while also staying in shape and conditioned.”

What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“The thing I believe I most improved on since the season has ended is my increased numbers in the weight room and also keeping my quickness while gaining healthy weight.”

What are your areas of focus going forward?
“The thing I want to focus on this upcoming summer and football season is making sure our team stays a team and having everybody buy into our brotherhood that we want. And personally, I would like to focus on being quick but powerful when playing linebacker.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I believe our team will be pretty solid. Our defense has about eight returning starters, and although our offense has only two returning starters, there are lots of guys eager to step up to their roles.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“I think right now without a doubt the toughest team will be Greene County. They have a lot of returning starters with a great coaching staff. I believe that will be the toughest game, but also most fun game.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“If I were to play college sports, it would definitely be football. I think it would be a great experience and I’m curious what’s all out there.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have had Minnesota State, Simpson, NWMS, SDSU, and NDSU all show some interest in me.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“If I had to say, it would be Minnesota State that has shown the most interest.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not gone on any visits yet, but I’m hoping to this summer.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I have already signed up for an ISU camp and I have several more I have been looking into but haven’t signed up yet.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Iowa State has always been my favorite school growing up. I love the atmosphere and energy they bring.”
