What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“Since football season ended, I have been lifting two to three times a week during the season. Since summer has started, I have been lifting four days a week along with working on speed, agility, and quickness.”

What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“Since football has ended, I feel like I have gotten a lot faster and stronger since the season. I also feel like I have improved on my coverage skills and wide receiver skills from 7-on-7.”

What are your areas of focus going forward?
“Going forward, I am definitely looking to improve my strength and speed but I’m going to try to improve my hands and quickness. This year, I’m hoping to play wide receiver along with safety.”

How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I feel like we will have a great year next year. As a team, we have been bonding really well with everyone and everyone has been putting in the time and working hard in the off-season. I think we will have a successful season and hopefully we get the chance to go to the Dome.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018?
“Next year, we play some new opponents from our previous year. I think that toughest team we will have to play will be Glenwood. They will have some big and good athletes.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“If I had the opportunity to play sports in college, I would consider it. I would consider all three sports between football, basketball, and soccer. If there was one sport that I would want to play in college it would be basketball. I love every sport I play but I have loved playing basketball since I was really young.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Throughout the school year, I’ve received a couple letters from some small schools. Other than that, I haven’t received that much recruiting attention.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made some trips throughout the school year to Iowa State and UNI for school, but football wise, I have made no visits.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“This summer, I’m planning on going to the Iowa State camp and I might be going to the North Dakota State football camp.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Even though I have lived in Iowa my whole life and have been around Iowa State fans my whole life, I have always been an Oklahoma Sooners fan. That can make some people mad, especially when they beat Iowa State.”
