How did the basketball season go for your team?
“The season was a little disappointing. We trained hard all summer and expected a different result.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“Right now, I’m just hitting the weight room hard. I’m also adding film work onto what I do in the gym.”
What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“My overall basketball IQ and my patience when I have the ball in my hands.”
How do you feel your Barnstormers AAU team will be?
“I think we will be a very good team. We added a few pieces to a group that has been together for a few years. We will be one of the best in the Midwest for sure, I think.”
What are your goals for the AAU season?
“To work on my floor leadership, to learn from my coaches, and to become a better man-to-man full court defender.”
How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I believe we will be a lot better. We only lost a few key players. Most of us will be back who are a year older and hungrier.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018-2019?
“It’s always West High. They have so much talent and a great coaching staff.”
What sport do you want to play in college?
“I don’t know yet, but it’s between football and basketball.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I would say none really, but a few have talked to my coaches in football and basketball. I don’t have any visits or offers.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, but I plan to visit Illinois this summer.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I will be at the UNI team camp. Other than that, I haven't made a plan yet for camps this summer.”
