How did the high school football season go overall?
“We ended the season with a 5-4 record and didn’t end where we wanted, but we still had a pretty good year.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Due to COVID-19, I’m waiting to see what happens with sports, but I’m still working out at home and keeping myself in shape.”

What are you trying to improve on the most as a player?
“Right now, I’m trying to improve my footwork and technique at the corner position.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next season, I believe we will have a strong team and have a good season.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule next season?
“Pella Christian will probably be our toughest game. They have a lot of good athletes and have given us tough games the past couple years.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’ve always wanted to play football in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven’t been recruited too much yet, but I have received interest from Dordt, Wisconsin-Platteville, and other programs.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No, but I do plan on going to Dordt University’s Junior Day visit.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Not at this time. It’ll depend on how COVID-19 will impact the rest of the year.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been an Iowa State fan and it’s always been my dream to play football there.”
