How did the football season go for your team?
"It went pretty good. We didn’t actually get what we wanted but we accomplished a lot."

What are your workout plans now going forward?
"I've just been working out every day. I've been trying to get stronger and get ready for track."

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
"I just want to get faster and stronger. I want to get a bigger football IQ and will watch more film."

How do you believe your team will be next season?
"We’ll be right up there with Pleasantville, Pella Christian, and Central Decatur. It will be fun."

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
"It is going to be tough. It will probably be Pleasantville, Pella Christian, and Central Decatur will be right there too."

Do you want to play football in college?
"For sure. College football is something I am planning on."

What colleges have been recruiting you?
"I haven't really talked to anyone yet since I am a sophomore but football is my main sport."

What camps are you going to this summer?
"Iowa State for sure. I'll probably go to Iowa and UNI."

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
"Iowa State. I try to make it to a couple of Iowa State games every year. Both my parents went there."
