How did the high school football season go overall?
“I think this was a great year for such a young team. With the schedule we play it takes a lot for those younger guys to step and fill some of those spots.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Right now with it being wrestling I’m just focused on maintaining my strength while cutting the weight for wrestling. I’m also trying to get as many football workouts in as possible.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“The growth this team has made since this season is already insane. Don’t be surprised when Glenwood football is on the front of your newspaper next fall.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“We’re lucky enough to play Lewis Central (4A state champs) Harlan (3A state champs) and a few other teams that made great runs in the playoffs. I wouldn’t count any of the other teams we play out either, we love competing and we want to play the best.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Harlan and LC both have some great athletes but I’d say Harlan’s Aiden Hall is all around the toughest guy we play. Has the build of a D-end but moves like he’s and Olympic sprinter.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes, my goal is to play college football.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have no offers yet but I have taken a few visits to Dordt, Kansas, and then an upcoming one to Briar Cliff.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Dordt and Briar Cliff have reached out the most but no offers have been made yet.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes, I have [visited] Dordt and Kansas.”

“On January 17th I’ll be at Briar Cliff.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I’ve always liked Iowa State and most of the Big 10 schools.”
