How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I think the season is something we could have done better at. For myself, I got a lot stronger and better on the defensive end. That was good.”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I am doing a lot of weight training obviously. I am working on my speed. I’m also playing with the Iowa CornSharks 16U team and working to get better.”
How do you feel about your CornSharks team?
“We will definitely be one of the top ten 16U teams in the state. We like to run and we can shoot well.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I would like to believe we can make a run at state. The hardest part will be size. We don’t have a lot of size. We are trying to make state.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Our first game right off the bat is Pella. We have a tough schedule that will help us get ready for the playoffs.”
Do you want to play basketball in college?
“Yes, I definitely want to play college basketball.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I haven’t had much but I went to the Grand View elite camp a while back. That is about it.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“I am looking at some in the late summer.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I always thought it’d be sweet to play at Iowa State.”
