How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I think this season went well, even though we didn’t reach our goal of making it to state. I think we all grew as players and learned more about the game.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“My work plans for the off-season include lifting weights, staying in the gym to not lose what I’ve gained this season, and working out with Chett Helming. Since I am a 4-sport athlete, this will be challenging sometimes, but I plan to keep working my hardest with the busy schedule I have.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“During the off, season I want to improve on controlling the ball, getting the rebounds since we will be losing James Betz next year, and most importantly gaining leadership because we are losing many important seniors.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“Next year, there will be gaps to fill since we are losing a big number of seniors, but I believe we’ll be fine because we still have many play makers and our coaching staff is one of the best.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“I would say we have to walk in with the same mentality with every game. Our coaches will put us in the right spot to win. We just need to execute.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“At this moment I am undecided, but in college. I can see myself playing football, basketball, or baseball.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“As of right now, the only college that has contacted me and caught my eye is Minnesota State Moorhead to play football.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not made any trips yet, but this spring I have a few scheduled and am looking forward to see what they have to offer.”

What camps are you going to this summer?
“I have not decided what camps I would like to do, but I do plan on going to a few.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“While growing up, my favorite college was Iowa Hawkeyes.”
