How did the spring and summer go for you with basketball?
“The summer and spring was filled with a lot of little workouts. Playing soccer and baseball makes it hard to find time, but I was in gym about 3 times a week.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“As of late, I’ve been in the gym 5 times a week, working on ball control and adding some post moves to my game, and also lifting 3 times a week.”

What have you improved on the most since last season?
“The game is a lot slower to me now. My patience has improved a lot in the offseason and the ability to make plays for others has also improved a lot.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I know how good this group of guys can be. They also have put in a lot of work. Ball movement is going to be key this year. We have a lot of guys that can make plays.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“In my opinion, we have to play every game. We can’t take one day off.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this season?
“The conference is full of great players; Noah Miller from Forest City, Chet Helming from Lake Mills, and of course Angelo Winkle from Bishop Garrigan are all great players.”

What are the keys for your team having success?
“Ball movement to make sure that our guys are getting the best shot possible. We have a lot of play makers this year, therefore they need to get some good looks.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
”I’m not sure yet on what sport. It will either be baseball, basketball, or football.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Minnesota State Moorhead.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“The Iowa Hawkeyes.”
