How did the AAU basketball season go for your team?
“I played with Pump N Run and we played pretty well. We had a couple of new kids and we had to gel together”
What are your workout plans now going forward?
“I’ve bene working out a lot on shooting at the rum. I can shoot pretty well but finishing at the rim is something I’ve been putting in a lot of work this summer.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“I think we are going to be a pretty good team. We have a couple returning players and a lot of younger players coming up. It will help them playing in a summer league. We are always getting better.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Probably Mount Pleasant. They got four or five really good seniors this year. They are always really tough.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have a lot of coaches that are recruiting me. Clarke, Dordt College, MaCalester in Minnesota, and I’ve been getting a bunch of stuff from Central and local Division III colleges like Loras and stuff like that.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Dordt College has been texting me on a daily basis. Clarke has been to a lot of my tournaments this year. MaCalester is probably near the top there.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I went and visited Clarke and toured the campus. I went to Minnesota and visited St. Johns and McCalester to see what It was like.”
