How did the spring and summer go for you with basketball?
“This entire spring and summer went great for me and the team. We have beat numerous 2A and 3A teams and have all around just had a great few months of basketball.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“The weight room is very important for me to continue getting bigger, faster, and stronger. I am continuing to play with my teammates to build more chemistry. That will be key to have a successful season.”

What have you improved on the most since last season?
“Defense has been the thing I have most worked on this offseason. I believe this was important because even when you’re having an off night offensively, you can still contribute on the other side of the floor.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I think we should have a very successful season returning 4 of our starters from last year. We had a good year last year and are hoping to turn that into a great year.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2019-2020?
“The toughest team for us to play will probably be Alburnett. Them making the state championship last year kind of speaks for itself to how good they were.”

Who is the toughest individual player you will play against this season?
“This has to be Nick Reid. Guys like him are ones I look forward to playing against to prove to people how good of a defensive team we can be.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“I believe basketball or baseball would be my best sport to play in college depending which becomes a better fit.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have not been in contact with a ton of schools yet for baseball or basketball but have had a little contact with coaches for football.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“A Central College coach has been the one I’ve been in contact with the most.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have not yet made any college visits.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up, I have always been a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan.”
