How did the basketball season go for your team?
“I think this season went well for us as a team, especially with the absence of Noah Carter for more than half of the season. We didn’t reach our goal of the state championship, but we still accomplished a lot, including conference title.”

What are your workout plans now going forward?
“This off-season, I plan on lifting four days a week and just constantly working on my game in the gym.”

What are you trying to improve on the most this off-season?
“I think I really have to work on my ball handling for next year with Carter Stevens leaving. He was our primary ballhandling and I think I have to pick up a lot of his duties.”

How do you believe your basketball team will be next season?
“I think with the pieces we have coming back, I see no reason why we don’t have a great opportunity to win state.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2018-2019?
“Each year, Iowa City West is a big one and I see the same for next year.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“If I play a sport in college, it will definitely be basketball.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I took off last summer of AAU to work on my game more and I know that takes away many looks I’ll get from colleges. I just want to get better and win a state championship as a senior. The same plan will be in place this summer.”
