What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Due to all of this lockdown stuff, it's hard to get out to get work with my team. I’ve been getting lifts in everyday and working on some agility.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I am a lot stronger than I was last season and I feel that I have improved most on being able to stick with my man in man to man situations.”
How has Covid-19 factored into your workouts?
“Covid-19 has played a big factor in my workouts. I would usually get out and go to my workouts with a few college guys and some of my teammates, but since the coronavirus has hit Dubuque. you can't really get out. Due to those things, it's been really hard.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel like we will be a really tough team to beat this season with a lot of returning starters on both sides of the ball. Our big loss would be our QB Tommy Casey, but we now have Jack Gilligan going into his junior year. He's a really good quarterback who has a lot of potential to lead this team.”
Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest competition will be Cedar Falls. They are always a team to beat. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to do it in past years, but I feel we will have a team that can put up a fight and come out on top in that game.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against this fall?
“Toughest individual player that we will face has to be Ryan Ostrich from Cedar Falls. He's a tank who really picked apart our defense in the first round of playoffs. If we stop him, we may just beat Cedar Falls.”

“That's always been the goal is to go to college to play sports. Right now, the plan is football, but I also have some attention in track and field also.”

“I just received an offer from Concordia St. Paul. I have been getting a good amount of attention from schools, but nobody else has shown more interest than CSP.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I went on a gameday visit last fall to the University of North Dakota and had a couple of Junior Day invites that can't happen now due to Covid-19.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“So far, I haven't gotten any setup because I am unsure of what’s all going to play out this summer with the coronavirus and all.”
