What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“I have been in a lifting class and then I lift after school every day. I also have had baseball as well.”
What have you improved on the most since football wrapped up?
“I feel I got a lot faster and definitely a lot stronger.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“We got our juniors from last year. We were really young last year and now we got them all back. We got roles to fill for this upcoming junior class. I think we’ll be pretty good.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“Definitely North Scott and Pleasant Valley.”
How do you feel about your first opponent of the football season in Waterloo West?
“They graduated a lot of guys that have moved on. They’ll be young as well.”
Do you have a favorite sport?
“Definitely football.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I went on a visit up to Iowa State and have been there twice. I went up to a visit at UNI. I talked to the Iowa coach, Brian Ferentz, the other day. There has also been Northern Illinois, Western Illinois, Minnesota State, Northwest Missouri State, and Drake.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Definitely Iowa State. For sure.”

“Iowa State camp, UNI, Iowa did, Northwest Missouri State came in, Western Illinois, and Drake.”
