What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts? I
“In the off-season, I’ve been working to get my speed back after going through an ACL and Meniscus surgery. I’ve been going to Building Better Athletes here in Dubuque to try to get back into shape and better myself for next year. I lift weights at school every day as well, so I have been getting stronger.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I believe I have improved the most on being a leader. I’ve been working a lot harder than I have before and it’s showing. I’m also doing my best to have my teammates do better and also get other people out for football.”

“I’ve been trying to improve my speed and agility more than anything. I believe that will help me the most in my senior season.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I believe we will do well this year. We have a lot of returning starters and plenty of young and talented players moving up to the varsity level.”

Who do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I believe this year the toughest competition will be Cedar Falls. Although they lost some huge impact players, they always find a way to be at the top of the division.”

Who is your opponent in the season opener and how do you feel about them overall?
“Linn-Mar is our season opener. After narrowly beating them 7-6 last year, I know they have a lot of returning starters also so I expect another close game.”

“I would love to play football in college.”

“Minnesota State Mankato, Winona State, St. Ambrose, Wartburg, Simpson, Iowa Western, Iowa Central, and Loras College.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Winona State.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made three college trips already. I’ve been to Winona State, Minnesota State Mankato, and Wartburg College.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I do not have any plans coming up for visits.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“It depends on the rehab of my knee, but I am looking to attend Iowa, UNI, St. Ambrose, Minnesota State Mankato, and Grandview University.”
