How have preseason workouts been going for the season?
“It has been harder with Corona, but we’ve been able to do what we need to do to get ready for next season.”

What have you improved on the most since last season?
“I’ve been working on improving my ability to get in the lane and finish. I’ve always been a good and confident shooter, so the next thing for me is being able to attack and get in the paint and make decisions out of it.”

How do you believe your high school basketball team will be next season?
“I think we will be very good. Getting Emarion Ellis will obviously be a great addition, but we also have some big pieces returning.”

What is the toughest game on your schedule?
“I think the toughest game will be Davenport North. They will also be competing for a MAC title, so it should be a fun one. They have most of their team returning this year.”

Who do you open the season and what are your thoughts on them?
“We play a game vs Camanche on Nov 28. They will be a tough test to see where we are at. It should be a fun one.”

What sport do you want to play in college?
“I would love to play basketball first, but I also really enjoy pitching and would love to do that at the next level as well.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“None as of now.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“No.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always loved Iowa growing up.”
