What have you been doing as of late with your workouts?
“This spring and summer I’ve bene busy with basketball and football. I have been in the weight room a lot. We have had some team camps for basketball and 7-on-7 for football. It has been a lot of fun. I can’t wait for the season to get going.”
What have you improved on the most since football wrapped up?
“I think I’ve improved on my footwork. I’ve been getting a lot bigger. I want to make a big impact for this upcoming year.”
How do you believe your team will be next season?
“Football wise, I think we should be great. We lost a lot of experience from last year but we’ll add new pieces and should be great. We need guys to step up and we’ll be good.”
What is the toughest game on your schedule for 2017?
“I think last year West Delaware gave us a hard time. They were solid all the way around.”
Do you have a favorite college?
“Right now, it is about a dead tie. The basketball season is great and I love it but there is nothing like playing Friday night games under the lights.”
/Do you want to play football in college?
“That is one of my goals with college basketball or football. Whoever wants me to play would be great.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Nothing really. I am hoping to get to a few camps this summer to help get my name out there.”
What camps are you going to this summer?
“UNI is one and Iowa too. Those are the only two I’m set with now.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Being from Iowa I’ve always been a Hawkeye fan. I have also cheered for Iowa State, Michigan State, and UNI but it usually has been Iowa.”
