What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Other than going to offseason lifting with my team, I’ve been doing mostly plyometrics and speed and agility workouts to work on getting faster and more explosive.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have improved a lot in my route running ability, coverage and reading offenses at safety, speed, and strength.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we should have a good year, we have a lot of incoming seniors and we were all left unsatisfied after last season so we’re coming into this one with a chip on our shoulders.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest competition will probably end up being ADM or Lewis Central, both are good teams and have been for a while.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I don’t pay much attention when it comes to people’s names on other teams so I couldn’t really say, but it will probably be someone from LC or ADM.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I want to play football in college, that’s always been a part of my goal since I was a little kid.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“There’s been a lot of d3 and d2 recruiting like Simpson, SMSU, and Missouri Western. And I’ve gotten some invites from D1s like Drake, Brown University, and NDSU.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I’d say Simpson and Dordt are recruiting the hardest as I’ve talked to them multiple times and have gotten multiple invites from them.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have visited SMSU and Missouri Western so far and found them both exciting.”
Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I plan on visiting Simpson soon on a junior day.”
What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I have a few I plan on going to; Drake, Iowa State, Brown University, NDSU, and maybe some smaller ones.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My family has always been a fan of Nebraska so I grew up liking them, but I also started to like Oregon as my own college.”
